Q: Why my shipment goes to the wrong place/Why my shipment took longer than normal?
A: Please call 1800-222-1811 for all details of your international package transition. Please note: For shipping time we have no control of it. The USPS/UPS help with the shipment like many other companies. Once the box shipped, we have no control of process of shipment. But we can help you contact USPS on your behave on related issue of shipment. For International it usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive depend on your country. Sometime the custom clearance will take additional days. For any reason the shipment delay or take longer as normal we will help contact USPS regard issue other than that we wont be able to control whole process of the shipment, we would suggest customer to keep tracking with their package and contact with USPS with any issue that they may have. Once the package leaves the US, and in the process of transition to destination country/address, we wont be able to contact USPS, customer have to contact USPS with related issue.
Also rarely you may experience seeing your package's tracking information transaction lists the wrong country instead the destination country. Don't be panic, The reason is, sometime USPS will mark the container's destination as your destination, but the information will be updated once the good is arrived to the destination country, we would suggest customer keep tracking with your package and be patient.
Please Note: The 1-5 shipping days is only for domestic shipping US only. For international it usually take 7-21 days depends on your country. For Canada it usually take 7-10 days to arrive.
