Q: Why I get Charged twice this month?
A: You will not billed twice on one month, unless your previous payment was declined, The billing system will periodically attempt the renewal across a 30 day period for that month payment if the subscription remain active. Then you may see two charged in one month, but the one of the payment was for previous order.
For example, your expect renew date was 24th of each month, and our cut off day is 20th of each month, We were trying to withdraw the payment on September 24th which is for October box, however the payment was declined on Sep 24th, The billing system will periodically attempt the renewal across a 30 day period for that month payment if the subscription remain active. That is why you may saw that order was successfully billed on Oct 10th which was for October box. At the same time you may saw a new order was successful attempt on October 24th but that will be your November box.
